Description and Specification
We have taken great care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of the products are correct.   Colour representation may vary between items viewed on the advertising media to the actual product.  All sizes stated are approximate.  We reserve the right to change product specification.  All images on the advertising media are for illustration purposes only.  Note: Products bearing names and trademarks in our adverts do not necessarily imply that we have supplied those items to the owner of the name or trademark.  They are only representative of the effect that is achieved by using a mark.

Personalisation
Personalisation is undertaken at your request and we reserve the right to refuse images supplied by the customer.  We cannot accept images that are trademarks or copyrighted without the originators permission.  Retouching, restoration or origination may incur an additional surcharge.  We can accept images electronically in the common formats including :-

JPG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, PSD, PDD, BLE, EPS, FLM, PCD, WMF, PCX, PDF, PCT, PIC, PXR, PNG, RAW, SCT, TGA, VDA, ICB, VST

Other formats may be available on request.  However, the greater the resolution of your image, the better the end result.  Our preference is a resolution of 360dpi. Should you send us a LOW quality image please state that you wish us to use it "As Supplied". Low quality images may well appear pixellated and thus unacceptable.  Images can be accepted in compressed format such as zipped files and can be supplied to us on 1.44mb floppy disc, CD or zip disc, PC format only.  Photographs are acceptable for conversion provided you own the copyright.

If you have any special personalisation requests, please contact us - we may be able to help.  We are happy to quote for specials, large or small quantities, personal or company use etc..

If the item you require is not shown, please contact us - even though it is not shown in our catalogue or web site, we may still be able to supply it.

Colour Matching
Whilst every effort will be made to match the printed colours to your requirements, due to the variety of the products we print to, we are unable to guarantee that this will always be possible.  If we unable to match the colour the printed colour will be a close match of the colour you require.  The correct colour of ink will inevitably look slightly different when printed on, for example, plastic as opposed to paper.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  If for any reason we are unable to supply the product, we will refund you any deposit already paid towards the goods.  We will not be liable for any losses or damages that arise from us being unable to supply the goods.  We reserve the right to change prices and / or minimum quantities (for bulk orders) .  All prices quoted are sown in pounds sterling.  Prices do not include packing and postage.  Payment - we accept   Cheque,  Cash and Postal Orders.  50% deposit required at order acceptance with balance payable prior to delivery.  All samples made at your request are chargeable and are sold as "samples" not products.  In some cases, a minimum order quantity will apply.

Ordering by Post
Your personalisation details taken from the order form must be clear and concise and we cannot be held responsible for errors made on the Order Form that are consequently transferred to the product. If you wish us to confirm your order in writing tick the check box on the order form a small surcharge will be added to your order. When you have received the conformation we ask that you check all personalisation details carefully and notify us of any errors immediately,  as we do not wish there to be any errors on your gift when it arrives.  If you need an item by a particular date and are not sure how long it will take, please do contact us.  We will be able to advise you of delivery depending on the item you want to order.

Our Guarantee to You
If you find a purchase faulty, please inform us within 48 hours and return it to us within 7 days, in its original packaging.  We will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement if we find the goods are faulty.  The refund or replacement will be made within 7 working days if possible.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability
The Personal Touch is not liable for failure to perform any obligation, if such a failure is caused beyond our control, or any losses or damages that arise as a result of such a failure.

Cancellations
We accept no cancellations once production has started.  We reserve the right to refuse an offer to purchase at any time.
